The Middle Way, with Kim Allen (online)

Please join ICMC’s Sunday Night Sangha for an evening session with guest teacher Kim Allen on the topic of the middle way.

The phrase "the middle way" has a common understanding in English that differs in important ways from how the Buddha used it. Let's explore what the Buddhist teachings have to offer. This "way" has much to teach us about living with integrity and peace, and, eventually, ending suffering.

This is session is freely offered, in the Buddhist tradition of dana (giving). There will be opportunities to contribute dana to Kim at the end of the session.

This session will be held online, on Zoom. Beginners and experienced meditators alike are welcome!

Sign up below, and we will send you a Zoom link a couple of days prior to the event.

It may help to add events@insightchicago.org to your contacts to ensure that the email comes to your inbox and not to spam.
