In life and practice, challenges arise and you struggle.  How can you most effectively transform your relationship to these entangled states when they arise?  The key is perhaps learning how to shift from your narrative or story to  directly investigate how these issues live inside.

Please join us for an immersive evening where you'll dive into the transformative practice of somatic inquiry.  We will begin with a meditation to center and arrive more fully in the present moment and end our evening with time for questions and discussion.

The talk will focus on the origins of somatic psychology and how it dovetails with the foundational philosophy and practices outlined by the Buddha 2500 years ago.  Through short reflections and practices, you'll explore how cultivating  your capacity for somatic inquiry might offer you a powerful pathway to navigate difficult emotions, sensations, and mental states.

Whether you're new to meditation or looking to deepen your practice, this session is dedicated to offering you insights and practical tools to support you in cultivating greater awareness and emotional resilience when working with challenging inner experiences.
